Our Story

Quite a few years ago, a couple of American families moved to Esslingen am Neckar and fell in love with all its charm. Infatuated with the picturesque, medieval town, they decided to stay and invest in the town by establishing local businesses. That’s when the idea for Trinity Enterprises was born. Trinity Enterprises is a German corporation formed to invest in historic properties in Esslingen and to put local businesses in those buildings. Buildings that Trinity buys will be a combination of commercial and residential properties. Trinity offers a selection of residential units with incredible locations that include features that are not customary in Germany, such as built-in kitchens and light fixtures. Trinity’s focus is on renovating historic Altstadt (Old Town) Esslingen properties while still maintaining their charm.

Esslingen am Neckar

Esslingen am Neckar is beloved by many for its beautiful landscape and landmarks. From the impressive Stadtkirche St. Dionys built in the 1200s, to the over 700-year-old Esslinger Burg (Castle) and the hills lined with vineyards, it’s not surprising that so many people desire to call Esslingen home. Many come for the views, but stay for the lifestyle, as Esslingen has much more to offer than just an appealing landscape. There are museums, art galleries, a music school, and an open-air cinema at the Esslinger Burg. Walk along the cobblestoned streets of the Altstadt and shop at one of the many local boutiques and then enjoy a glass of sekt (German Champagne) at Kessler Sekt. Stroll through Maille Park and then enjoy lunch on the Rathausplatz, with a view of the Altes Rathaus that was built in the 1420s. Take a tour of Stadtkirche St. Dionys and discover the church it was built on that dates back to the 700s. Throughout the year, you can enjoy the many city events that Esslingen has to offer: the Esslingen Wine Walk, the People’s Festival, Onion Festival, Strawberry and Climate Festival, and the Medieval Christmas Market. No matter what you enjoy, Esslingen has something to offer for everyone.
